I am feeling much better today. This is the second day in a row that I haven't thrown up all morning--and record--yesterday I didn't throw up even once!! I was actually able to mop the kitchen floor last night. I have to wonder if it is the Unisom working, or if my body is just adjusting. I haven't been feeling as bad in the morning since I started taking the unisom at night.

Dh made a lovely dinner last night (which, even better, I could eat :0) I had to laugh though. He asked what I wanted for dinner and I said "tacos". He makes these marvelous tacos from sautéed onions, yellow and red pepper with refried beans and cheddar cheese melted in fresh corn tortillas. That is exactly what I had in mind. I looked in the kitchen later and he had some portabella mushrooms and collard greens out. I had to tell him..."um, hon...I'm sorry but there is no WAY I can eat mushrooms or collard greens tonight!" He looked so disappointed that he couldn't get all gourmand on me! As it was, I was bummed because he made the "tacos" with flour tortillas--I hid that from him though, and I must admit they were delicious that way too.

Did I post on here about the book "Birthing from Within"? It is such a great book. I highly recommend it. She has exercises in it for doing "birth art", playing around with art to help you explore your feelings about pregnancy and birth. I spent some time yesterday drawing a "Pregnant Woman" picture and had great fun. [Can you tell I'm feeling a bit better?]
